Delivery Policy

Orders placed on or before 1pm Monday to Friday will be despatched that day regardless of delivery option selected by the customer. Any orders placed after 1pm will be ship the following working day.

Orders placed on a Friday (Before the 1pm cut off) for Next Day Delivery will be despatched to arrive the next working day.

All orders to the value of at least £150 will be offered free economy delivery

All our products, whether sent through Royal Mail or Interlink, are sent recorded and will require a signature for proof of delivery.

We are currently only shipping to the UK.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all delivery information is entered correctly and in-full. Failure to do so may result in items not being delivered or delivered to the wrong address, if this is found out to be the case we are under no obligation to issue a refund or replace the goods.

If we receive goods which have been returned from a wrong address we are not obliged to cover the cost of re-sending, however if a refund is required we will issue in full less the postal expenses.

Hair On Point Ltd shall not be liable for delay or failure to deliver or perform due to any cause beyond its reasonable control, or for Acts of God, acts of Buyer, acts of any governmental authority, strikes or other labour disturbances, delays in transportation, fuel or energy shortages, or inability to obtain necessary components, services, or facilities from usual sources.

In the unlikely event a parcel is delayed with Royal Mail we will work with you to trace and locate the parcel as promptly as possible.

PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to report an item as missing until 15 working days after original shipment date, due to Royal Mail shipping terms and conditions.

We are therefore unable to deem an item as lost until this time and will not refund or replace until 15 working days from original shipment date has passed.
