Returns & Exchanges

Here at Hair On Point we understand that there will be times that you wish to return or exchange an item you have recently brought, we will always strive to make this process as simple and as stress free as possible. To help us do this we advise everyone to read the below returns and exchange policy so they fully understand the terms and conditions. We DO NOT accept any responsibility for goods not returned to us. In addition, under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations you may cancel your order for any reason within 14 working days following receipt of the item(s), as long as all goods are returned unused and unopened and are fit for re-sale.

If hair extensions appear faulty due to quality issues, the fault must be reported to us and returned within 14 days of the purchase date due to human hair being a consumable item during wear. We require any faulty hair back in full for testing and examination, items returned which have been coloured, or not maintained with our recommended aftercare will not be eligible and refused a refund under our terms.

Hair must be received by us within 7 days of the reported date before any further damage can occur. If no fault is present, or the hair has been damaged in any way by the customer due to poor application or aftercare, the goods will be returned to the customer and we will not refund or replace the goods.

Human Hair Extensions can last up to 3 months with continuous wear if aftercare products are applied and maintained correctly.

Refunds or exchanges given for faulty hair extensions will only be given to the equivalent or value of hair received by us. When registering and purchasing goods from Hair On Point Ltd, you agree to abide by our Terms & conditions of Sale.

You are free to exchange your products as many times as you like providing that they have not been used/ worn or tampered with and the difference in price will be debited or credited to your account accordingly if applicable.

On returns/ exchange the customer is responsible for all return freight charges. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back to us through a traceable carrier. Most major carriers offer tracking information.

We will pay all shipping costs if a return is a result of our error and you are exchanging I for the item you ordered (i.e. Received the wrong length, packaging error, or any defective Item).

Refunds are for the product price at the time of purchase only and Postage is non-refundable.
